We do not own or directly operate the independent water park facilities (e.g., Aquapark Istralandia, Aquacolors Poreč, Solaris Dalmatia AquaPark, or Aquapark Čikat). While we strive for absolute accuracy in attraction descriptions, ticket pricing, and opening hours, actual operating conditions remain subject to each park operator's discretion.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, design patterns, custom CSS architectures, vector graphics, logos, written guides, and interactive software modules present on sortsyvaultsprout.cfd are the exclusive intellectual property of Sortsyvaultsprout Adriatic Adventures d.o.o. or used under appropriate commercial licenses. You may not reproduce, modify, scrape, mirror, or redistribute any part of our digital assets without prior written authorization.
4. User Obligations & Permitted Use
When interacting with our interactive tools, review portals, and contact systems, you agree to:

- Modifications to external attraction ticket fees, schedule changes, or safety regulations made by third-party park management.
- Any personal injury or property loss incurred during physical visits to recommended destinations.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Pula or Poreč, Croatia.
