Why Istralandia Earned its European 2026 Nomination

Nestled in the rolling forested hills of northwestern Istria, just minutes from the coastal gem of Novigrad, Aquapark Istralandia has consistently set the benchmark for aquatic entertainment in southeastern Europe. Celebrating its 2026 nomination for Europe's Leading Water Park, the complex balances extreme heart-pounding slides with sublime relaxation spots under century-old Istrian olive trees.

Spanning over 81,000 square meters with more than 1.6 kilometers of water tubes and slides, Istralandia was engineered with cutting-edge water filtration technology and eco-sensitive limestone integration.
